Hello.
I am Camila Forest Kessler; I own Forest and the Flowers which is a contemporary flower design and event styling company. I Studied interior design and Events Management. I have nine years experience working in the custom events industry, project managing, designing table scapes, manufacturing big event structures, styling furniture and overseeing the lighting of upscale corporate events for big brands and luxury weddings of all sizes. My background also consists of event coordination and floristry. I started with the flowers in a small shop owned by Hanoi locals in Vietnam where I had the good fortune of learning some intricate floral skills rarely known to the Western world, I then continued on with this in Bali and Cape Town. I have now rooted myself in Bristol, where my floral and event styling is something a little different: I generally don’t follow the rules of traditional floristry or styling – I instead have an abstract and design-led approach, creating something closer to floral artistry. My objective is to utilize unusual flowers, a clever combination of colours, and minimal greenery to compose flowers into unique and structured arrangements. Just as the name implies “Forest and the Flowers” you will receive these unique flowers and a personal, creative experience with me.
